check SMC international website Dell ST2320L LED 23" for = Rs 9,500

Well Dell and benq are the best and really VFM,

Dont go for the dell st2320l as it has backlight bleeding issues (ive seen it), I own dell st2220l and It really is the best and cheapest(though it is not listed on dell india website) but u can get it from letsbuy for a reasonable price.

Benq is another option but the ones which are good lack HDMI or are expensive then dell's.

so its better u go for a brand new dell one for around 7200 rather den buying a used one unless you get a really good deal :)
