LCD/LED TV or Monitor ? Rs.25000

Sorry for another thread, but I have somehow managed to increase my budget to 25k.

I am confused b/w LCD TV or 27" Monitor. I am not able to find a Full HD LCD TV at around 25k.

Full HD is a must, I also need a HDMI port. I am not going for anything less than 26"

I will be mostly using it with PS3 and with PC to Watch HD movies and play games.

I am getting:

1. Asus vk278q for 23k

2. AOC e2795Vh for 17k

3. BenQ M2700HD for 21k

Also If I am somehow able to raise my budget to 30k, is this a good buy:

Please help I am really confused, any other options I got ?
 
The 27D5000 is good for the Price you got.

If you can get a 24" but why not consider the Dell U2410? Its the best one can get in 30K price range..

Ya I considered that but the resolution of 1920*1200(16:10) is not for my use, also Its 24".
