LCD TV suggestions requested

Guys,

Need suggestions for a LCD TV.

Requirements -
- 32" screen size (40" is max I can consider but my budget is limited).
- Full 1080p HD.
- 100Hz (does it matters?).
- Accurate color reproduction is vital.
- Good viewing angles.
- HDMI, DVI and VGA input (all three possible?).
- Ability to play mkv files from a attached USB/external drive.(possible?)
- Good PC input, for occasional PC work.
- Decent speakers, but capability to attach external speakers(2.1 speakers will do) will help.
- I hope I can attach a dongle to USB port on TV and can use a wireless keyboard + mouse with all LCD TVs?

BUDGET - 40K Max, would love to get anything even cheaper.

PS:- I am purchasing one this weekend, so need quick suggestions.
PPS:- I am a noobie, when it comes to audio video stuff, so please pardon my ignorance. :)

Samsung 32C530 meets your requirement.It does play many formats via usb more than its arch rival Sony.

If you want a 40" in your budget , the Toshiba av700 it should have good contrast since it has a VA based panel.But i nor others have seen it action.So audition it.
Other option is the Sony BX400 via grey,its image processing isn't as good as the EX400,nor does it play content via usb,nor is it good at text via hdmi
As far as USB keyboard/mouse none of the tvs offer this,logitech is launching google tv BOX,but is a long way for india.

sound qualitys are at best average.lg are slightly better.
