Leave and license registration cost in navi mumbai

Does anyone know the approximate cost of registering a leave and license agreement in navi mumbai.

If the rules are same as it is here in Bangalore (which i'm quite sure, but not 100% sure) then it should cost you about 300/- max (100 for Stmap Paper and the remaining for getting it typed and other miscellaneous stuff). I got it done last week for me.

This will be only notarization cost. In Maharashtra if you want to get the L&L agreement registered you have to pay Stamp duty based on various slabs. If the annual rent plus deposit is below 2lacs then for an agreement of less than a year the Stamp duty payable is Rs. 1000 AFAIR, not very sure. Obviously there are other costs involved as well.
