So, here i caught into one problem.

Just bought 5 nos of Philips LED 12W frosted bulb. Its dimmable

When i read the box, it says 240V, can i use it in my house where generally 220V flows (correct me if m wrong)

Or since the bulb is dimmable, it will work fine in 220v, with just little less brightness

It will work as it supports 120v-240v. You can use a Lamp dimmer (Anchor, L&T, etc.) along with it as suggested in the video link.

120v -> Dim light
180v -> Medium light
240v -> Brightest

We use Philips dimmable 7w Master LED bulbs for chandeliers, and it works flawlessly. They are also rated 230v-240v for maximum brightness. They just dim when we intentionally drop the voltage by using a dimmer.

OT: From where and how much did you buy it for? And where are you using it (Holder/Chandelier/Wall-fixture)?

The specs on the link you posted say "230-240 V at 50hz" so if the box really says just 240 V as you posted then you could raise a stink with Amazon for false advertising :D

Otherwise, generally these devices are able to handle voltage fluctuations that you can expect in India, but you again in your original post say "I caught one problem" and just talk about voltage. Go ahead and open one box and try one bulb for a few days. If there really is a problem then get back to Amazon :D
