#1 & #3 are equivalent. I found the #3 Sony EX430 better.
#2: is a step-up from both #1 & #2. But, since you have some reservations, suggest you go for the Sony EX430. It also handles SD content pretty well.
 
but when i read online, understood that equivalent of EH5000 is EX430 & EH6000 is equivalent of EX650.

Now, 40EX650 is for 50k in grey & 40EH6000 is for 36K. I agree there will be some difference, but not so much that 14k price difference can be justified. Please correct if wrong.
 
ummm. i guess more or less i know what to do. One last question though -

Can i buy this from USA, have my friend returning next week ?

This rate 36k is an excellent deal. You can go for it.

i would suggest 40es6000 of all the options that you have shortlisted....bdw what was the price you were quoted for 40eh5000 ?
 
At that price get the Sony EX430; or spend the extra 3-5k and get the Samsung 6000.

Don't think of US. Too many complications - voltage to baggage to customs - not worth it.
 
@Jambumali : Went to Jaipur & Bhanghar fort (sudden plan). Planning to go today late evening or Tuesday evening ? Any inputs from your side ?
