Monitors LED monitor bleeding issue

I purchased the Samsung monitor last week (23 inches LED), and i noticed that when the screen is full black, i can see the blue color bleeding in the right bottom corner of the monitor. I called the samsung customer technician, he (and various sources on internet) say that its the luck game, every LED monitor has some sort of bleeding issue, in some its accentuated and in some its barely noticeable. I have attached the screenshot of the monitor. Can you guys tell me if this much amount of bleeding is acceptable or am i the unlucky one?

led monitors all have some bleeding. even costly led ips monitors have some bleeding issues in them. the bleeding in your monitor is hardly visible in the pic at the bottom.

The bleeding would be more visible in a dark room.

Its only an issue if its bothering you.
Different people have different levels of tolerance.
Dont look for it specifically and see if its still interfering when you use it.
