Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3 Netbook

Can somebody please confirm the price of this netbook.. I checked online and got varied quotes from 17k to 25k. I am getting a good deal here for $316. Not sure how good is this among its netbook contenders. Any first hand experience/comments on the build quality, performance?
 
Actually there are 2 models of S10-3. One is the normal netbook type which is priced around 17-18K, and the other one is tablet type which is priced at about 25-26K. The build quality is good, so is battery life. But nothing extraordinary in terms of performance compared to other similarly equipped netbooks. I suppose they also have chicklet-type keyboard.
 
I have the s10-3t which is the tablet dennis is talking about ^

Not much in performance (it's an Atom n450 with 2GB ram) but i got it for the capacitive touch and battery (gives me 8-10 hrs easy)
