Lenovo Launches A850, A516, A369i and A269i Smartphones In India

Chinese manufacturer Lenovo is already doing pretty well in mobile and tablet segment in India, now has launched four new dual-SIM Android smartphones to strengthen its portfolio. The four new models are A269i, A369i, A516 and A850 priced between Rs 5500 and 16000.



The Lenovo A850 dual-SIM phablet comes with 5.5 inch display with 960x540 resolution. Under the hood, it has Mediatek MT6582M 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor with 1GB of RAM and 4GB storage expandable via microSD card. It has 5MP rear camera with AF + LED flash and VGA front facing camera. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS.

The Lenovo A516 is mid-range offering priced at Rs 10,999. It comes with 4.5inch IPS display and powered by 1.3GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. It also has 5MP rear camera with Autofocus , LED flash and VGA front facing camera.

The A369i is budget dual-SIM smartphone with 4inch display priced at Rs 6999. It also packs 1.3GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage.

The A269i is the cheapest offering priced at 5499. It has a 3.5 inch HVGA display and runs dated Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread OS. It is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage + microSD slot for expansion.

Does anyone know when these are going to be available for purchase? I thought that a launch meant that it has hit stores, but apparently not.
