Condition 4/5 because of some minor usage marks and dust. One of the springs on the CPU cooler screws is missing, and rear screw is also missing (which makes it toolless to open XD), that doesn't cause any issues though. One of mine in deployment doesn't have screws on any of the CPU Cooler screws, works absolutely fine with good temps.

Condition 4/5 for the unit (One scratch at the back, absolutely nothing on screen) and 3/5 for the Amazon Original Power Adapter (Looks like someone tried to scratch off the amazon logo?). Both work absolutely fine though.
The bass on the speakers for the size is commendable. I am loving it on my desk right now! 8 inch screen is good enough for most use cases, Alexa works perfectly, camera has physical shutter too.
