I believe Lenovo has been doing this for a very long time in the US and they have many VFM offers. Check this https://www.lenovo.com/us/outletus/en/

They must have recently started in India as well which is great actually.

Ok so I saw this on reddit r/laptopdealsindia and they are saying that do not order from it as of now. Almost 9 people has ordered and no one got confirmation.
Just to add to this:

Do not buy their refurbished laptops from outlet store. No confirmation/communication about the order whatsoever, people will get refund but its unnecessary hassle atm.

seems like the company Lenovo has started this new refurbished sale, but they do not have any logistic to deliver or may be not enough inventory

its always like this with Lenovo, my legion 5i took almost a month to get delivered

get third party repair centers or go to a lenovo service center and get them to do it, do keep in mind it'll be an unofficial repair and if something breaks, they wont take responsibility. imo, you should just make do without that port if you can

EDIT: dont go for official quotes, they'll simply suggest motherboard replacement
For new orders with custom configuration, the ETA is anyway one month and that is not unusual. However, a ready refurbished unit not being shipped instantly is.
