Laptops Lenovo tablet K1 charging issue

I got a new Lenovo Tab K1, the tab runs fine, is a great device.

Don't know whether its normal or not but when I connect it to A.C. adapter & start charging, the sides of the tab(which are metal) are buzzy to touch. I mean there's feedback.

The tab shows its charging but when Im holding it in my hands & charge is on, I can feel a strange vibration from the sides.

Is this abnormal or what could be the cause?

Seems like the current is leaking. Does the charger have 3 pins? If yes then does your socket have earthing? If the charger is only two pin then the leak shouldnt be happening.

The adapter has 2 pins. These are 2 steel slits like those used abroad.

There could be an earthing issue, will have to check.

Let me see if I can post a pic. of the adapter.

Btw, I've plugged it into a surge protector switch & then plugged in the mains.
