Less noisy fan suggestion for i3-12100 processor

I am using a basic PC with:

* i3-12100 processor
* ASUS H610M-E D4 LGA1700 Motherboard
* SilverStone FARA H1M Case with one SilverStone Fan (came pre-installed)
* DEEPCOOL RF120 FS 120 mm Case Fans x 2 (at front)
* 16 GB RAM, 2*NVMe, 1*2.5" SSD.

It is a simple office type PC. No gaming, no graphics card.

Once in a while, the fan gets noisy (feels specially now when AC and fan are switched off). I thought it is either SilverStone fan at the rear or Deepcool fans at the front but yesterday, I checked and it is the stock processor fan.

Please suggestion a silent (comparatively) fan for i3-12100 processor LGA1700 socket.

Reducing temperature is not priority, less noise is. But better cooling will make the fan run at lower RPM so less noise is by-product of better cooling I guess.

How is Deepcool AG400 for my requirement? I don't need LED but it's ok if it has.

AG400 is more than enough. I was actually fine with stock Intel cooler on my i5 12400 for basic tasks like web browsing & office tasks, but some games were making it hit 90C, hence I changed cooler to AK400. For gaming with 45-60W load, my CPU temps are under 60C with 1000-1300 RPM cooler fan speed. So I am sure AG400 will be able to cool your i3 enough at even lower fan RPM. At idle, my cooler runs under 900 RPM with CPU package temps under 50C.
