I ordered Hp desk jet 2050 printer on 4th October, it was remain at status "Ready to Ship" till 8th October, On 8th October they dispatched via DTDC.
But Letsbuy never checked before shipping whether the DTDC provides service in the shipping area... in my case, at my home address, unlike Bludart, DTDC doesn't provide their service.
The order remain as "Held due to NO SERVICE" with the DTDC till 13th October. Called and mailed Letsbuy customer care severel time informing the status but could not get any valid responce from them.
After calling and mailing several time the DTDC shipped the product to my alternate address on 14th October.
Now when I open the pack I found there is no "FREE ASSURED GIFT" with the product.
I am too hating LETSBUY .
