After announcing its new flagship smartphone recently, LG has announced a budget Android smartphone - Optimus L1 II.
The LG Optimus L1 II runs Android 4.1.2 OS and comes with 3 inch display with poor 320x240 resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7225A 1GHz Cortex A5 processor with 512MB of RAM and comes with 4GB internal storage expandable via microSD slot.
It has 2MP Fixed Focus rear camera without flash and a VGA front facing camera. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It has 1540mAh battery.
The Optimus L1 II is priced at $95 and will launch initially in in Vietnam, Russia and U.K and later in other regions. Except the poor screen resolution, the specs are pretty decent for the price and if it comes for less than Rs 6,000 in India it will be a good option for customers.
