LG has taken the wraps of its G Flex smartphone which has leaked several times recently, it comes with a curved display, rear buttons and features similar to the LG G2. Another new feature is self healing back which uses elastic coating that fills small scratches automatically.

The LG G Flex is curved along the horizontal axis, while the Samsung Round is curved along the vertical axis. It features a 6 inch OLED display but with only 720p ( 1280x720 pixels ) resolution.

Other internals are impressive, similar to the G2 including Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset with 2.26GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage.

There is 13MP rear camera and 2.1MP front facing camera onboard.

The LG G Flex also uses a curved battery specifically designed for the smartphone. Despite its thin form, the LG G Flex battery has a capacity of 3,500mAh, enough power for more than a full day of use.
