Could you post the serial number of the phone ? Its located on a sticker on the phone underneath the battery or on the box after "S/N" .
Only the first 3 digits would do. [would be something like 505KPXXXXXXXX, 506KPXXXXXXXX, 601KPXXXXXXX, etc]
