There is no dual tone flash. It has a dual sim as well which is unusual at launch for a flagship.

Looking forward to this one, how long will it take to drop in price.

It includes Rs.12k of freebies. As you know nothing is free, so either you pay for them or it goes as commission some where.

6.5k insurance for screen replacement, which expires in 6 months.
2k spare plastic back
3.5k spare battery with cradle

LG apparently does not recognise any online site as authorised reseller of LG (!)

But...but...would the 3000mah (only!) be enough to last even a day with such heavy-spec'ed phone?

But does 12k of freebies mean it's available for 40k without them?
Or they're going to reduce the price to 40k without freebies once the pre-launch hype is over?

It'd be a great vfm @40k IMHO. I think the screen replacement insurance should be available for 1yr at least & nobody will buy that ugly (reviews bashing the plastic back) plastic back at 2k. Extra battery with charging case can be replaced by a universal high capacity power bank.

Massive specs,

But I strongly believe that phone around 12-17k is enough to handle any version of android without any lag, supper smooth..
phones like Mi4, 1+1, Zenfone 2

Such a waste of money, spending 50k on a products where we all know that price will gonna be half of it, in next 6 months

Choose Wisely, Live Well :)

@drkrack lol 40k. If only all tech products get sold like that haha[DOUBLEPOST=1434033718][/DOUBLEPOST]@Soyab0007 err its not just about the lag or the specs. As we know many people have the tendency to buy the latest/best products. Some also like the bragging rights and to show off. I also want to mention that the feeling which we get when we buy a new premium electronic is priceless! :D

I'm just going by LG marketing, I'm just deducting their so called freebies, which aren't worth 12k...
So LG is justifying the overpriced freebies & hinting the prospective buyers that phone will come @ 40k soon...
LG will be forced to bring down the price to < 45k, as soon as Note 5 is released. They'll stop the freebies then & consulate the early buyers. Sad to say, their phones are good, no less than Samsung in any manner but a pathetic & regressive marketing strategy that kills them.

Sad to see ; LG G4 will meet the same fate as G3...

I was planning to buy G4, instead I'll wait for Note 5, if they don't offer replaceable battery & micro SD card support on Note 5, I'll buy rightly priced G4 then.

Consider the G3. Launched in Aug at 45k , took two months to drop by 10k.

Or they're going to reduce the price to 40k without freebies once the pre-launch hype is over?
its the end of the flagship launch season. Note 5 comes in Dec. Sony may launch the Z3+ in India. Who are the competitors.

S6 and Note 4, how much has S6 dropped since launch ? 50k in March, they said prices would not drop soon. Seeing here, S6 is 40k for 32GB as expected. Note 4 launched around 55k, its also around 40k.

i know 6 months is useless, in fact i would prefer not to have it at all. will they reduce price by 6k ? no!

The leather is nice but it will end up in the drawer and good bumper will be got. the plastic case is required as leather won't work in a case.

Paytm has it for 45k, here.

Too bad its only in brown (tan) , burgundy would be a much better colour especially as it ages. Or light blue. Taste. Black and tan are such ordinary & common looking colours.

LG offers red.

Extra battery with charging case can be replaced by a universal high capacity power bank.
Will that fit in your pocket ? no
How long it takes to get full capacity ? few seconds.
Why use a power bank when you have user replaceable battery ?

so battery will be better.

most helpful power banks are ones you can fit in your wallet, push you from 20-50 in an emergency.
