LG KP500 "Cookie" or Samsung Star S5233

As the title reads, can't decide between the two phones. Buying used ones.

The kp500 has local warranty, bill, box everything. But the S5233 doesn't carry any warranty but comes with all the accessories w/o box. Is it worth losing warranty to buy the star S5233?

Both phones in very good condition

if budget permits, get Nokia 5230 instead. it's much better than these two phones. among the two you mentioned, I would go for KP500 just coz it has warranty. UI wise, both suck!
