LG Launching Optimus G Quad-Core Krait Smartphone In US On September 19

LG and Qualcomm are sending invitations for an event on September 19th called Live Without Boundaries , on which LG is expected to launch its next flasgship smartphone Optimus G .

The Optimus G which was announced recently for Korea packs latest Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core Krait processor .
Key specifactions of Optimus G -

• 4.7-inch (1280 x 768 pixels) True HD IPS + Display with 15:9 aspect ratio
• Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS
• 1.5GHz quad-core processor Qualcomm APQ 8064 processor with Adreno 320 GPU
• Dimensions - 131.9 x 68.9 x 8.45mm, Weight – 145g
• 13MP camera with an LED flash, 1.3MP front-facing camera
• 2GB DDR2 RAM, Expandable memory up to 64GB with microSD
• LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS / aGPS
• 2,100 mAh battery

The invitation doesn't mention which device LG will unveil , but its almost certain that it will be the Optimus G . GsmArena analyzed the picture and found the back of the phone in picture similar to the Optimus G with the speaker grill visible .
There is no information about international launch yet .

the adreno 320 gpu is marginally better than the higher clocked mali 400 in the gs3 and the proccy will obviously be better than any current solution because of it being based on cortex a-15(not exactly a A-15 core).so this will be the best phone hardware wise in the market when it launches( at least proccy wise if the Iphone 5's gpu manages to beat the Adreno 320 GPU).

Krait has nothing to do with Cortex minus the instruction set itself.
