LG lcd offer worth it?

Hi guys, we currently have a 29+21 inch crt combo doing duty at our place.
Theres this LG lcd offer going around at local dealer.
Do you think its worth taking up on it?

 
The 37" LCD model mentioned in the ad above is available on LG's website at 78K all inclusive and hence I guess its safe to assume that you can get it cheaper at shops if you look around..

^^ I have seen it in action before buying my Samsung Bourdeaux. To be honest LG didnt look in the same league as Sony, Hitachi, Panasonic or Samsung, even though the 32" one was retailing for 54k, but it was not worth my money. It was pretty good when compared to a videocon or a Onida, but not when compared to Sony or Samsung. And I am just talking about picture quality, and build. The LG LCD TV was looking "cheapo" when compared to the brands mentioned above. However for a budget buyer, I would say this is a good deal..... only question that comes to mind is, if you are willing to spend 50k, wont it make sense to spend 64k and get something thats a lot better than regret later?

i had a look at a few lg lcd models, but i cant really comment on it coz the videos they were running were pretty pathetic..
