LG Optimus G E970 - 16GB (Unlocked ) 4G LTE Quad-Core Android Smartphone for Rs. 11,419

I got this but I'm finding issue with Mobile Hotspot. Following message is displayed:

Authentication was unsuccessful.
There is a temporary network problem that prevents the enablement of the Mobile Hotspot function. Please retry later.

Anyone knows how to resolve this?
 
Oh ok - I was not aware of that.

I am new to Android and I am going through XDA forums as well.

Can you please let me know which ROM is best for E970? Also, if you can provide the link to guide then it will be very well appreciated.

PS: After seeing instructions on XDA I was able to root my device successfully.
