i don't get what is so special about this phone.pricing it at such high price is just sad
:(

Noobs will be enticed by the large screen. They won't know it has a super low screen resolution.

at 20k its not that bad for someone who wants a large screen .. other specs are slightly lower than Galaxy s2 ..

At 20K 1 GHz Dual Core and 1 GB RAM is it that bad? Super low Screen? qHD is super low then what about 800*480? Under 20k isn't it good for average Android User? Just my opinion though! The Only Major I can see with it is How Bad LG is at two things:

1) A.S.S.
2) Upgrades to OS!

Other than this it is a good option I believe!

Nexus 4 on ebay
4.7inch 1280x720
8Mp cam
Android 4.2
Snapdragon S4 Quad Core Processor
2GB ram

Price:23k
And this phone is made by LG,so I agree the L9 is overpriced
-my 2 cents :)

The Micromax A110 and other rebranded Chinese 'phablets' have 5 inch WVGA screens and nobody really seems to care about them. This phone has a pretty decent 4.7 inch qHD IPS display and people are cribbing? What about the fact that sub-standard phones such as the Galaxy S3 mini and some Desire phones from HTC are far worse in terms of specifications and are yet priced higher?

The nexus 4 is not officially available in India and is without warranty. And when it will be officially launched, the price will be much higher. So we better not compare the two. As far as this one is concerned, it a darn good piece with good specs for the asking price.

People who are commenting that who will buy this phone at 22k should revisit S2's pricing and spec sheet before doing so.

Though one fact that is debadatle is the build quality of LG where in i have seen paint chipping off and the getting dented at the slightest opportunity.

The nexus 4 will be close to 30k by the time its officially launched in India :(

This is available on Flipkart (preorder) at 19,990/-.

The specs seems lower than Galaxy Nexus. But here are some pros over Galaxy Nexus:
1 year LG India Warranty.
Bigger battery.
Better design.

The price is extremely good. If it settles around Rs. 16,500 it will be a BEST BUY!
