With Samsung Galaxy Note II release just around the corner , LG has decided to revamp its Optimus Vu phablet and planned a global release next month .
The global version of Optimus Vu will pack a powerful quad-core Tegra 3 processor instead of the dual-core Snapdragon processor shipped in Korean version . Rest of the specifications remain same including 5 inch IPS display with 4:3 aspect ratio and 1024x768 resolution , 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera , 32GB of internal storage . It will run Android 4.0 .
The Optimus Vu is expected to be launched in India during September at approx Rs 36,000 , AndroidOS reports .
