LG split ac Cooling problem help

hello guys
i bought lg split ac 1 ton neo plama filter this summer
it used to chill me since i bought for a monthand a half
but after two months it aint as effective
hardly chilling and not at effective

i am attaching a pic so that u guys can help
is it beacuse it is too close to ceiling ?
or dirty filters or leaking issues

No offence, but did you even try calling the service centre? They come to your house for free you know.

ya i called them
they will come tomorrow
i just wanted to know is the ac too close too ceiling is it a problem?

Installation looks to be fine. Clogged IDU filter or clogged fins in ODU may be an issue. You can inspect and clean them accordingly. However, since it is under warranty, you can call the service center people.

Regarding gas leak, is the AC discharging cool air? Check it in the night time. If it is discharging cool air, it is not a problem of gas leak and ineffective heat exchange is the issue to be dealt with.

Do keep us updated on the real identified issue.
