LG wm trouble with service,need help

I bought a Front Load WM(not direct drive model) 6 months back. Initially some sound is coming from wm while washing, rinsing and spinning and they said it is normal. After 3 months it had increased and now it became more(sound).

When i called technician he is saying that sound is common because bearings are loosened and nothing can be done. I told him this is not like that but that fellow is not listenting.

I feel since it is still in warranty they are saying there is no problem in wm. Are anybody getting sound like that.
I want to know is there any way to escalate the issue to higher authorities, since before also they closed the complaint without my knowledge and then i had to raise another one and while giving feedback also the person didn't listen completely and hung up the phone.

Also is it 2 or 1 year warranty on the machine,first time cc told 1 year and now another cc is telling 2 years for front load wm.Looks like they are confused or trying to :huh: me???

we have the LG 6.5KG Front load model in my house. Using it from past 1 yr. No noise as you said for my machine. Also If you could mention the model number, few people might help you here.

My machine's sound can be heard when it is spinning at the max speed, that too fair enough, not as loud as you mentioned here.

Also whent the service rep says its fine.. Just relax...
My point here is that If its really a defect in it, soon it is gonna stop working. Then he will definitely have to repair it.

noise can come if wm is not kept on level ground. like small rattling noise. check with a spirit level if the ground is level between all four legs.

mine is direct drive f 1056ldp i got it few weeks back . it gives a beating noise while rinse cycle. is this normal. i have not called for servie. iam yet to check the machine level with a sprit level.
