Hi! I am currently downloading a movie callled 'Prince of Egypt'. I have downloaded 68% of the movie. When I try to see the preview of the movie thru K-lite codec or VLC player, after the 1st 18 minutes the sound begins to run ahead of the frames. Can someone please tell me what I should do to avoid this?
Also will the problem disappear after the whole movie is downloaded because as far as I have seen the way we see in the preview the downloaded movie is not different from it.

So dear friends please suggest some ideas to pause (for a while) or slow the sound after 18 mins so that the frames don't lag.

YES

YES...should be fine once it's completely downloaded...although sometimes it may turn out to be a poorly encoded video where audio-video are out of sync

If the audio & video turns out to be unsynchronized is there a way to fix it? Will Winows movie maker help? That is the only video editing software I have. I just have to create a delay of around 2 seconds to get the audio and video to match after 18 minutes of the movie.

Please Reply.

The complete downloaded movie didn't have that problem  .

Sorry, for the trouble everyone. I would like to thank you all for helping out :) .

P.S.:I have Media player classic, Where is the time shift option please let me know.

Agreed downloading is illegal but then what does one do with a p2p software? Just upload-that too is illegal. Ripping music from the cd you bought is legal. Transferring the just converted mp3 via bluetooth to a friend is illegal.
