Linksys WAG200g wireless modem problem

Hi

I have been using this adsl modem for last 3 years. All of a sudden the basic set up menu is not opening. It just freezes on any browser. Have tried ie, chrome, Firefox but the initial page itself freezes.

Tried opening from ipad and the page opens but as soon as I make any modification, the page again freezes.

The modem and wireless is working fine. No problems whatsoever.

Please help as to what's happening.

Try resetting the modem to factory defaults. If that does not work, get the firmware for your modem from the manufacturer site and flash it. It will be a file with .bin extension. If you get same error after flashing firmware, the chip is corrupt and you will need to get a new modem.
