I am still using Daryna. Once I install a linux distro I see no reason for upgrading to a newer one. The problem is that I don't have a separate Home folder and I will loose all my settings and precious dataif I keep on updating.
For those people thinking of trying Mint: Go ahead, it's an awesome distribution and deserves a lot of respect.
 
upgraded from daryna to felicia yesterday usin upgrade tol from mint website...worked fine.

no need to reconfigure it that way :)
 
Looks like they've added useability improvements over Ubuntu... like "GUFW" the GNOME frontend for the Uncomplicated FireWall :) It should appear in the next release of Ubuntu I'm sure...

I don't think they are offering an upgrade option from Daryna to Felicia. It's just from Linux Mint 5( That's Ellysa) to 6.
