Premiumseller should be suffering a big loss now

Hi,

Its time i think ppl start realising that these p2p sites are more vulnerable then bittorrent trackers, and its time ppl start joining and start using bittorrent rather then these p2p sites.

#vishalk : megaupload, filesonic are not p2p sites, they are http- filesharing sites. BT is p2p.

in Megaupload everything is stored in the owners fileserver and not on each peers box and u need to upload whatever u wanna share i.e. u can share directly from ur PC

mediafire is still untouched , however some users report they have lost their files ..but its not the case

mediafire always deletes random no. of files and many files get corrupt..

2012 guys... 2012 ! Who know hollywood/corporate greed would be the reason. Insted of changing the way of doing business, innovating, taking benefit of easy access to the user, they head to lawyers.

not possible since reliance will try its level best to stop it to happen.

Also netload has a .in domain.

Iran could be an option.

update

-oron (seems it closed its affiliate)

Although FileSonic has disabled sharing and Uploaded.to has blocked access to the U.S., the CEO of Texas-based MediaFire is not concerned about government action against his company. 'We don't have a business built on copyright infringement,' says Derek Labian. 'Like many other cloud-based sharing services like Box.net and Dropbox, we're a legitimate business targeting professionals.

It Seems The Filehost i loved to hate the most has come to the rescue..

Thank goodness for rapidshare - Still zero waiting time and resume support

What criteria do they need which India can't fulfill?
<

1. the cost of server farms

2. bandwidth !! since india doesn't has any tier 1 backbone except Tata communications

3. how the settlement-free interconnection will be in favour of india ??

4. go to any indian web hosting site whose servers are in india , its thrice more costly than that of usa

Only option left is Usenet if you want to avoid torrents

Yeah I know. Unfortunately, I'm still not clear how it works though. I'll probably try switching to Torrents for sometime and if it pisses me off, then Usenet it is.

Better off with torrents since it uses advanced hash check compared to use net which doesn't and usenet comes at a cost too and finally off late usenet uploads are getting delayed.
