I have several FLAC music files of bollywood songs (i don't listen to English songs  ). I use VLC player to play them on my Laptop and use my philips normal earphones and sometimes my EP630 to listen to them.
I am not a very good audiophile but yes quality does matter.

I want to ask that whether we feel the quality difference when listening to FLACs as compared to say 320 kbps VBR of the same music / song on a laptop or through a PMP (that supports FLAC of-course) ??

^ You wont feel much difference in sound quality if u play 320kbps and FLAC sounds. I dont know why, some people say ite hardware makes a lot of difference in playing FLAC files. Howevere i feel good difference while playing 128kbps and 320kbps MP3 files. I always try to download 320kbps files.

^^There's a world of difference between a 100-150mb mp3 (320kbps) file and a 200-800mb flac (1200 kbps) file provided you have the sound card to drive it. With an onboard sound, you won't notice the difference much though.

depends on the overall selection of equipment, right from your Transport -> DAC -> the Amplification -> and the cans/speakes used. Not to mention the uality of recording with most run of the mill bollywood content is pathetic. Get some good recordings and then try you'd certainly feel the difference.

Try to use Foobar with Greenies guide and I am sure there will be noticeable difference.

I mostly listen on my iPod at work and the difference between a ALAC and a mp3 is huge.

PS:I have some yuck cans (EP830s).

Try installign ASIO and make it work with foobar ( greenie has written a guide on this). This alone with FLACs amkes a huge improvement :)
