Local Backup Help

I have 3 disks installed in my PC. One is OS and two more for data.

Is there a software/app to backup one particular folder (D:\DATA\MYFILES) to another disk (E:\BACKUP\MYFILES06072021) and next day to E:\BACKUP\MYFILES0707202 without overwriting previous day backup? Even folder name like MYFILES001, MYFILES002 is also fine.

It can happen anytime of the day. If a file is open, it can show a pop-up on screen.

Purpose is, in case of disk damage, just 1-2 days data is lost. Data is just few word and excel files. Total 15-20MB.

Is there an alternate way that does it at its own, without my intervention at any particular time of the day.

Or should I add the batch file to system startup?

This reminds me that there used be a config.sys and a autoexec.bat.
