It's that point of time after almost one year we are seeing lock-down again.

You guys wouldn't listen to take precautions. Almost 90% of them do not wear mask! Shame.

Just because a Vaccine is out that does not mean, you become a super man. Why don't people understand even after taking shots you would still get infected and you would have to take yearly shots again until this thing disappears from Air!

Heard lock down has been imposed in Nagpur, Aurangabad. Is your city planned in coming days?

Even in my own house some dimwit family members don't where a mask, unless I watch them, I have my suspicions about them using sanitizer, despite the fact that there are hands free/touchless sanitizer dispenser throught the house. Because of this I use a sanitizers each time I touch the door knobs, faucet, switches of any room in my house.
Hell I use a second tv remote or use my phone as a remote, so that only I use it.

Don't want to be seen mocking, but yeah reminds me of Sheldon Cooper, but in a serious sense.
On a serious note, people have given up, that fear factor seems to have gone. Even police won't do much. There will be some acts lke today a bollywood star was penalised for not wearing a mask, who we don't know. What's the point of this if there is no shaming or if you want to send a strong message.
9/10 people I see wear masks incorrectly(including not wearing), as if they forgot they inhale and exhale though nose and not other body holes.
Morons will be everywhere, India is no exception.

While my state already has lockdowns, my city is playing cat and mouse with wave 2,3 or whichever wave this one is. The CM says lockdown will be imposed but no one takes him seriously.

I am from Delhi and if you step out of the house, you will find ample of people not wearing masks or just wearing them incorrectly.
Especially school students have no fear, almost everyone of them is walking care free without any cover.
Can't do anything when the people themselves don't care about their health, govt. can't just force them.
Best thing we can do is to take care of our own.

I see many wearing masks on their chins or as a muffler. Then there is the lot who are not wearing it at all even in our residential apartment. I mean why bother. These idiots will only behave if they are afraid and really afraid. They are shameless so shaming will not work. Sometimes I wish the mortality rate was higher or if the authorities blacklist them from treatment and vaccinations. They simply don't deserve it.

Personally, I am against any lockdown whatsoever again. The govt can't just take away our freedom when they only campaign themselves for elections with no discipline whatsoever. And yesterday, I was watching the Indian T20 match and hardly anyone was wearing a mask. How the hell can they allow public viewing of a match and then impose lockdowns whenever they wish. Yes, most people are morons for not following the precautions but the indications from the govt actions don't help either and I've had enough of the uncertainty that a lockdown brings.

Agreed. But the damage has already been done. I am assuming they were held in cities which are not in grip of covid wave. They could have made provision for online watching rather than physically coming to stadium. Money cannot take precedence over health.

Also the numbers announced by state and central governments are fake. Deaths are at least 10x higher and infections are at least 5x shown lesser than the one's we see in bulletin.

It's clear that In a country of 138 crore population, 10 Lakhs have passed away and ~ 5 crore have been confirmed infected.

Numbers are fake for sure, the current numbers are certainly inflated.

The scene in Maharashtra looks terrifying day by day, back to what I used to hear in May last year.

Seeing it on the news and first hand makes a huge difference. My relatives in Bangalore used to think the streets of Pune were littered with dead bodies with the way it was being portrayed on the news and they were pretty shocked to see it wasn't even remotely the case when they visited here.
Lockdowns are out of question now, govt. needs to let people decide how they want to deal with it. Those who are scared should stay indoors, take necessary precautions and get vaccinated and let others carry on with their lives.
