Currently, I am using Logitech MK250.

Want to upgrade to gaming keyboard with backlit feature.

On mind :

Logitech G110 : 3.5k

Please suggest other options as well...

If you let go backight, the Razer Blackwidow is great+its mechanical, other options for backlit are as suggested by alpha, the logitech G100 is better, but all these have membrane keys

In that case, these are the option you have in your budget --

Microsoft Sidewinder X4 ~2000/- [it is a membrane keyboard, but with better circuit design and proper firmware it has a really high N-key roll over rate]

LOGITECH G110 ~3500/- [next in the line these keyboards, I am looking into LOGITECH's RMA service and till now it is pretty bad for gaming peripherals because they do not have 'G' series pieces in Delhi]

If you have narrowed down to the logitech G15 and G110 , IMO G110 is a better option if you don't want the LCD screen.

I have G15 and I have never bothered to see what is there on the LCD screen. The USB ports can't be used to plug pen drives and are USB 1.1 means of no use.

With G110 , you will get customized backlighting, USB 2.0 port and 6 extra macro keys.

With G15, you will loose all above features but get a small LCD on keyboard. Now it is upto you what is more important.
