Hello everyone!

i 'reinstated' my G510 today to its rightful place after a long time for regular use now (selling the other keyboard). as i started reusing it, i was reminded of a slightly disappointing issue - the 'soft' spacebar.

although a great keyboard, but it has an issue with the spacebar - it doesn't feel so 'tight' as other keys on the KB, and many-a-times either it skips a space, or 'types' doublespace on pressing it. i searched logitech forums, and it seems to be universally present on this KB. there's no solution forwarded for it officially by logitech, and whatever fixes i found on the net are not specifically for G510. though there's no harm in trying one of those fixes, but before that i want to know how much is the warranty on this KB. 3 yrs, or 1 yr? flipkart mentions it as 3 yrs, whereas logitech mentions it as 1 yr. am confused. i had bought this in september last yr through letsbuy (now flipkart). i've emailed them though. awaiting reply.

would like to see responses from any G510 user(s) on this forum :)
 
All LOGITECH G-series products carry a 3 year warranty since purchase.

That is as-far as I know.
 
If you give keyboard to rashi they might replace it with a keyboard having issues with other key along with space bar ;)

^^ LOGITECH support with Rashi is pretty good. Availed it twice for my G300.
 
hmm nice to hear that ... i find the spacebar delicate but have not yet faced the issue the OP is facing , but its difficult to crouch walk in cs using this spacebar :P
