PC Peripherals Logitech HD Webcam C525 or Microsoft LifeCam HD-5000?

Which is a better webcam? What about the Microsoft LifeCam HD 3000? Budget is 2.5k. I saw on youtube that some people are complaining about the autofocus of the MS Lifecam HD 5000. I only found one comparison video on youtube between the Logitech C525 and the MS LifeCam HD 3000 and the Microsoft HD 3000 webcam has the better picture quality. But it does not have noise cancellation. Which one should I get.
 
If you can push .... err double your budget then this is what you could go in for - Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920. This beats the hell out of every other cam out there. It has a super sensitive mic too, which easily picks up conversations over 6 - 10 feet away. PQ is stunning - Full HD - it has a Carl Zeiss lens !!!

I am using it for the past 10 months - no regrets ever. Thanks to all my bros on TE @Chaos ; @blr_p for recommending it to me - check this thread
