Troubles with the mouse

The mouse has a few problems:

The left click does not work properly
In order for the left click to be successful the mouse has to be pressed from the region near the scrolling wheel.
The problem seems to be with the internal right micro switch. The buyer can easily repair the problem by using some CONTACT CLEANER, using videos like :
solution for the problem

Apart from the left mouse portion the all other buttons work well.

Contact problem between battery charger and copper connections of the mouse
Due to the age of the mouse the copper portion of the mouse which is placed in connection with the battery charger sometimes does not receive proper contact and a few adjustments have to be made, this is a solvable problem.
Just some CONTACT CLEANER needs to be applied to make the copper contact clear again and the mouse will charger splendidly. I cleaned it as much as I could and this is problem is quite minor

Both the problems mentioned above are easily solvable. The first one can be solved by opening the mouse (videos available on youtube) and then applying some contact cleaner on the left side of the micro switch, and the second one also can be solved by applying some contact cleaner on the copper connections surface of the mouse.
Apart from these two problems I don't believe there is any other problem.
