In the face of growing competition Logitech decided it was time to give the G5 a facelift and a few upgrades. Logitech's first move was to give the G5 a new coat of paint that rocks an attractive post-industrial crackled patina. More compelling for the gaming hardcore, however, is the addition of a second thumb button. The lack of dual thumb keys was one of the few weaknesses of the previous G5 design, so it's nice to see the complaints were addressed.
