Brother can you guide me as to how can i send a dm ...cause i am only getting follow and ignore options , whenever i am hovering my curser over any members name ..

I think a Recruit can not message. It is only available from Disciple omwards. But I don't know how one can upgrade their ranks.
 
Can anyone please guide me to become a disciple....Been here for months and want to sell lot of stuff but cant seem to understand the procedure to become eligible
