I have been looking for a breadmaking machine for quite some time now but haven't had any luck. Since most of them weigh > 10 lbs, the KMD route turns out to be very expensive. Are there any shops in Bombay where i can get this ?
You might not like my answer, but the best one is hands, preferably someone else's. If you can make chappatis then you can make bread.
My cousins in the US picked this thing up years ago, they made a few loaves and then it ended up in the attic.
The trick i feel is more varying the recipes with quality ingredients so you can have many differnt kinds, to beat the stuff you see on the shelves. This is the bit that takes time & effort as it involves experimenting and most ppl just quit. Because we're not used to having different kinds of bread, you expect your naans, chappatis, parathas, pooris, white bread to always taste the same don't you
