CPU/Mobo Looking for a Budget mobo with good upgrade potential

A friend of mine is looking for a decent mobo for under Rs.5000.

He's looking for an intel processor and intel chipset. The board should support c2d and ddr2 ram. Onboard graphics, lan & audio would be a big plus point. He's looking for stability and would prefer an intel-built board if it fits his budget.

Could you help out by suggesting some options & their estimated price.
