Looking for a Car Vacuum Cleaner

I am looking to buy a vacuum cleaner for well under 3.5k mark. Lower the better.
Just the basic one which will do the basic job & no bells-whistles or those 5-10 connectors like a full-fledged home like vacuum cleaner.

A wired- car powered cum portable/chargeable will be an icing on the cake and wont mind spending a bit more else budget is strictly up to 3.5k max!

Usage: Once in 2 weeks as car is open-parked under trees.

Interior: Will be cleaning dust off dashboard, seats, floor, AC vents etc
Exterior: Under the hood, front grill, and viper cowl area & wherever accumulation of tree leaves/flowers etc., trunk area.

I want purely one running on cars 12v or portable or both so no question of ac power & nor have it anywhere near and don't want an AC powered one else I would have used my homes Eureka for the purpose.
