Looking for a GFX Card for PhysX

Looking for a decent GPU to fill in the role as a PhysX card.

The following are the requirements :

1. Single Slot design
2. Atleast 6 months of warranty
3. Preffered cards would include 9800GT(GDDR3 Version), GT 240, 9600GT(64 SP, GDDR3 Version).
