Video Looking for a good lcd

Budget around 50-70K. One of the dealers gave options of sony 40s400 for 73 and samsung 40inch 650 seriies (for around 60 I guess not sure). Kindly advise
 
Your should have a serious look at LG-42LG80FR- a friend has purchased one this Diwali. This is one full HD LCD i have seen with excellent sound with its multiple speakers and very good sound system with hideaway speakers ( mine a sony and a samsung sound tinny ). Another feature i really liked was the ability to play audio, video from the USB2. I think now U can pik it up around 70k.Look at Compare India - Televisions - LG-42LG80FR
 
You Could Try Sharp LCDs.Don't Know The Exact Model Name Or Anything,But Those LCDs Are First Class.
Else Go For A SONY.You Can't Go Wrong With That.

What is going to be the source?
