Laptops Looking for a Laptop cooler

I have a Dell Inspiron 1420 [14"] Laptop, looking for a cooler as the laptop gets very hot.

Which would be the best one? I usually keep my laptop on the bed, so the bottom air intakes will not do.

Currently looking at CoolerMaster NotePal Infinite []Cooler Master - Ultimate provider of Computer Chassis | Cooler | Power Supply

Is this good or is there anything better?

I've that cooler and using it with HP notebook. It will not cool like an ice. My HP notebook gets hot when I touch the keyboard. I think HP laptops gets hotter upon usage. I've written a review of this cooler at ReviewsWorld - Hardware and Software Reviews » NotePal Infinite
