Dell XPS m1330 would be the feature-packed, lightweight champ.
13" screen, ~1.8Kgs. Wi-Fi, BT, Firewire, Mem card reader, 2GB RAM and everything else you need.
However its ~60k (though you could try your luck at bargaining with Dell and bringing it down to 55k).
HP DV2401TU/2519TU/DV2601TX (each higher-up model number is a newer iteration)
14" screen ~ 2.4Kgs. Again has everything - Wi-Fi, BT, Firewire, Mem card reader, etc. Comes with 1GB of RAM which you could easily upgrade to 2GB (its cheaper to do it yourself rather than ask HP to do so)
Should cost you 45~50K.
HP TX1003AU mentioned above is an interesting model too. Its an entry level "tablet PC", 12" touch-screen, ~1.8Kgs. Again has everything you need, except 1GB of RAM - which again you could upgrade. Also it runs on an AMD Turion X2 proc instead which is marginally slower than a Core Duo/ Core2Duo but not something you'd notice unless you run benchmarks. Comes in at around 55K.
Sony Vaio CR series (VGN-CR23G or so) seems to appeal to girls quite a bit due to its style statement, priced decently enough too.
14" screen , ~ 2.5Kgs.
Has all the features you wanted, except its got 1GB of RAM yet again which you can upgrade. Usually around 45~50K.
@nitrous: If you're looking for the lightest, the Presario B1950TU is an option. Its a tad bit above your budget at ~45k, but has a 12" screen and weighs in at 2Kgs. Memory though is a paltry 512MB, which you could upgrade to 2GB.
If you need something cheaper, could probably look at the Presario V3000 series - has a 14" screen and be around 2.4Kgs, would cost you ~40K. Again has 1GB of RAM, so you would need to upgrade it to 2GB.
