looking for a Resale value PC/Netbook

My brother needs a temporary PC/netbook for some java programming , surfing,downloads he will be keeping it for 4-6 months and sell it back So, more intersted in the resale value.

What do you guys suggest me to go for PC or Netbook .

Price 15000/- or below

Purpose : Education<office 2007, browsers ,Bio chem draw,Java >

I think desktop would be a good choice-

CPU-Intel G620-3.5k

Mobo-Intel DH61WW-3.5k

Ram-Corsair XMS3 2X2gb 1600mhz-1.5k OR Gskill Ripjaws 2X2gb 1600mhz-1.6k

HDD-Hitachi 160gb-2.4k

PSU-Fsp sagaii 400w-1.9k

Case-Zebronics bijli-1.2k OR Any Circle Case-1k

If you don't have monitor then-Dell 1930IN-5.5k,If your friend wants to sell stuff in 6months or so then cut 500 or 1000rs off every product sell it.

products will be in warranty so you'll get a good price.

so i am going for a pc small correction he is not my friend my own brother

i dont think i get that psu in vizag can i go for any cabients that come combo with psu

If you can't get the mentioned psu then get Circle cabinet with psu which will be 1.5k
