I dont need a 10 Percent, have helped my friends get RTX 3080 and I think I might get one for myself given than everyone is selling their 2080Ti for almost 50k. I so want 6900XT but it is horrible as a vGPU. Then RTX 3090 is Uber expensive. I'll suggest you to get that lazy guy out of you and contact RP Tech as much as you can, thakk haar kar wo de hee dengey.

Scalpers. Thomas, I think this trend will continue for this entire Year. Maybe next year sometime in the Q2 this will normalize.

1. US - China Trade War.
2. Covid.
3. Semi Conductor shortage.
4. Scalpers everyone from Consoles to GPU to CPU.
5. NAND Price is going to increase because the lobby wants to make profit.

Current gpu prices is not entirely due to scalping. Its due to shortage.
 
Just out of curiosity, are you using these for mining?
Back there you said you had bought a 2080 ti and here you are pushing your wtb thread. How many do you need?

If it was mining, I would have gone for RTX 3xxx at bloated prices. I am running two projects at the same time. The current 2080Ti helps me in running Virtual Machines via Nvidia Grid for ESXi. I can't afford Quadro or A Server for that matter. I intend to add more because of some Projects. It would help me a lot if I had 3 RTX 3090 but let alone be 3, I don't find it in my sane mind to spend 1.4L on a GPU. That's not me.
