Looking for a Sturdy phone with good camera for Rs.4000

Hello Everyone
My mom lost Her mobile
Now she Needs a Sturdy And Good camera phone as she is Interested in uploading the Pics To BLOG.
Requirements are
1) Well known Brand
2)Sturdy
3)Good camera
I Saw C2-01 nokia Its Has 3.2 megapixel camera and Is of Approx 4000k.
plz suggest a phone...

4000k??!! And you wanna get a phone for that price? Make it 4k (4000k = Rs 4000000/- and 4k = Rs 4000/-) and get a Nokia Symbian OS mobile. Nokia C2 - 01 is a decent mobile for that budget and I really love NOKIA for the reliability, sturdiness and very good antenna. Go for it.

Samsung Chat is a decent option... I'll prefer its interface over Nokia's
