Hi guys,

I'm looking for a USB Type-C Dock with PD Passthrough + LAN, for my HP 840 G6 (Worked with my Dell laptop as well)

I had one I got from AliExpress a few years back, but it seems to have died on me, so I'm now looking for a replacement.

Can you help recommend something?

Budget is around 4-5K max.

Just a heads up, most usb C hubs don't use great controllers, so they tend to die within a year or two.

Can't find it now, but one guy dissected his (dead / purchased) usb docks and found that the ones which failed had a Realtek chipset, all from similar Chinese companies.

What's your budget? Amazon is full of docks which cost anywhere between 1000 to 20000. We need a price point to make a recommendation.
